Hello, everyone. Today I’m here with Maddie Stauder. Hi, I’m Maddie Stauder. I’m a sophomore here at UMW. I play for the women’s lacrosse team, and I’m from Westminster, Maryland. Welcome to the podcast. So, Maddie, what do you think about sports at UMW? I think sports are really important because it allows the community to grow and it lets students connect with each other.
Um, can you speak on behalf of the student athlete balance between academics and athletics? Yeah, the balance is really easy. The professors here are super helpful and understanding. Nice. Um, what is your favorite memory on the women’s lacrosse team? My favorite memory has to be dancing in the locker room with my teammates before games.
